Yes! All Blundstone products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship.
BLUNDSTONE 2 YEAR EXTENDED MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY
Yes! All Blundstone products are fully guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years. This does not include normal wear and tear: for example, a pair of our boots could potentially wear out in 6 months due to extreme use or under certain circumstances. Our warranty does not guarantee or imply an expectation of service life. We fix what we can, and replace what we cannot. All warranty queries must be submitted from the customer’s original place of purchase.
The most important practice to ensure the life of your boots is to always keep the leather uppers treated. This means the leather always feels soft and supple. Leather is a natural material like wood, and when the leather dries out it will lead to cracked leather. Please remember to never dry your boots with heat: not near a fire, near heaters or baseboard heaters – this will dry out the leather. Once the leather has dried out, it will never be soft and supple again. Dry leather = cracked leather = hole in your boots. Please keep the leather in your boots conditioned.
This guarantee is void if you use the product in a way which causes damage to it beyond normal wear and tear.
All warranty queries must be submitted from the customer’s original place of purchase.

How it works:
1. Return your Blundstone boots to the store where you purchased them, ideally with the sales receipt and explain your concern.
2. If this is not possible or the store where you purchased them is unable to assist you, we will be happy to help you directly. Please email us email@example.com with some photos of your Blundstone Boots. Include a photo of your soles and the leather upper of the Blundstone Boots. If possible, include a specific photo of the problem. Also Include your full name and daytime phone number and let us know when and where your boots were purchased.
If your boots were purchased outside of Canada we are unable to help you. Please contact the store where you purchased them directly.
