I’m a chef who has been working  in professional kitchens for years, wearing my Blundstone boots.  You work long hours; you stand all day with your crew–twelve and sixteen hour days. Sweating, swearing, cooking, crying, plating,  laughing, cutting, slicing, dicing, joking, frying, dying, curing, baking ,chilling, smoking, browning, hunting, fishing, roasting and LOVING EVERY SINGLE  MINUTE OF IT.  As long as I have my Blundstone boots on,  I can last forever.  And so can they.
