Last June my family went to Britain for four weeks (from Canada). The primary reason for the trip was to baptize our new born daughter in the church we were married in, St-Mary's in Painswick. With baggage restrictions, I decided to only bring my 7 year old Blundstone 500s. After a polish, they were good enough for church. Later they were worn on a mountain biking tour of the Cotswolds, then a hiking trip up Ben Ledi and a couple hikes in the Lake District. They saw many pubs, a couple beaches, seveal public footpaths and a couple more formal family gatherings. My brother in-law eventually made the observation that they were the boots for all occasions.
