Need to exchange or return your boots?
You may exchange or return your online purchase for size, fit, or style reasons within 45 days of date of purchase, provided it has not been worn, damaged, treated with any kind of protectant, polish or conditioner, washed or altered.
Returning your online purchase is easy, but first, please try your item on in your home until you are satisfied that it is the correct size of boot for you. If you are unsure whether you have the correct size, please contact us. Depending on the style you have ordered, we may be able to assist you in the proper fitting and expectations of fit before you send back a pair of boots that may be right for you.

If you believe there is a fault with your boots then please go to our warranty page for information on what to do.
In Store Purchase
We do not exchange or provide credit for product purchased from any of our dealers. Please return these items to their original place of purchase.
Sale, Discontinued and Sample Items
These items are all final sale, no exceptions.

Do you still need to exchange or return your boots?
You may send back your new, unworn product in its original box to our mail order department and we will ship your requested items back or apply the necessary refund based on your instructions. We do not offer exchanges or refunds on footwear worn outside.
When will my return be processed?
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process the refund for the value of the product[s] purchased onto your original method of payment.
For exchanges, returns will be processed as per the instructions you have included.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping.
We’ll do everything we can to process your return as quickly as possible. Credits will be applied to your original form of payment, in the amount of the purchase price plus applicable taxes. Processing times vary by season.
To return the boots here’s what you need to do:
STEP 1: Put unworn boots and a copy of your invoice in the original box and place in a cardboard box (you could use the one the boots came in). Keep a copy of the packing slip for your records. The order number is your reference if you need to contact our customer service.
STEP 2: Please fill in the Exchange/Return Form included in your shipment and return it with your package to us.
STEP 3: Affix this mailing label to package.
Please do not tape up the Blundstone shoe box and return it as the shipping box – use the box that the boots shipped in or something similar. Failure to do this may result in our being unable to issue a refund.
What do I include?
With your return, please include your name, phone number, an email address, your order number or a copy of your receipt. Please clearly indicate your preference for an exchange (please specify style and size preference) or refund.
Please note that we do not refund the cost of shipping of returned product. The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for boots being sent back for any reason. A return postage fee of $5.00 will be charged on footwear being sent back to you as a result of an exchange.
We will not accept C.O.D. parcels – these will be refused and returned to sender.
When will you receive your refund?
You will receive a full refund to your credit card within 5 business days of your boots being received at our warehouse.
You have 45 days from the day your item shipped to initiate a return.
- Items purchased online at www.blundstone.ca cannot be returned at any of our dealers. They must be returned directly to us as outlined above.
- We only accept returns for items purchased at www.blundstone.ca.
- All items must be received in their original, unworn condition and must include all original packaging or they will be refused.
- A refund will be issued for the purchase price to the credit card that you used to make the purchase within 5 business days.
- If our warehouse is unable to accept your return, the merchandise will be returned to you without credit.
