Blundstone Extended Holiday Exchange/Return Policy

Returned product must be in new condition, without creases on the uppers or wear or discolouration on the soles. Orders purchased after October 1 can be returned or exchanged up to February 28. Please note this applies to unworn, boxed products purchased online only.

We cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available for exchange. All exchanges are dealt with on a first come, first service basis. 

Changes to your Order

We do our very best to accommodate requests for changes to orders. The holiday season is no exception. Please note, however, that try as we will, the large volume of orders placed during the season means we cannot guarantee changes.

Fulfillment

Order fulfillment takes between 1 to 2 business days depending on order volume. Please note we ship from Ontario.
