Blundstone Extended Holiday Exchange/Return Policy
Returned product must be in new condition, without creases on the uppers or wear or discolouration on the soles. Orders purchased after October 1, 2024 can be returned or exchanged up to February 28, 2025. Please note this applies to unworn, boxed products purchased online only.
We cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available for exchange. All exchanges are dealt with on a first come, first service basis.
Changes to your Order
We do our very best to accommodate requests for changes to orders. The holiday season is no exception. Please note, however, that try as we will, the large volume of orders placed during the season means we cannot guarantee changes.
Fulfillment
Order fulfillment takes between 1 to 2 business days depending on order volume.Â
Order earlyÂ
If you have missed the recommended order-by-date visiting a valued retail partner near you is an option.Â
Due to the volume of packages Canadian carriers are handling, we recommend orders be placed by December 5th for Maritimes, Prairies and West Coast shipping, and by December 12th for Ontario and Quebec for delivery before December 24th.
While we will process your order quickly, we cannot guarantee delivery by December 24th. Weather and loss and/or damage by the carrier are beyond our control. We encourage you to order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
