Shipping delays

All carriers have informed us that due to high volumes there may be delays. Please choose your shipping method carefully as selecting faster shipping methods does not guarantee it will arrive before the holidays.  Blundstone Canada is unable to refund for shipping costs associated with paid shipping options (UPS, Purolator etc.) as their delivery times are out of our control. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

 

Blundstone Extended Holiday Exchange/Return Policy

The Blundstone Exchange/Return policy now stretches until February 1, 2022 for exchanges or refunds on any order placed after October 1, 2021 or later. Please note this applies to unworn, boxed products purchased online only.

We cannot guarantee that all sizes and styles will be available for exchange. All exchanges are dealt with on a first come, first service basis. To ensure that you get your desired style and size as quickly as possible, we recommend placing a new order and sending your boots back to us for a refund.

FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100

Orders over $100 value (before tax) will qualify for FREE SHIPPING with Canada Post Expedited Ground delivery service.

If you would like to select a paid shipping option, we also offer:

o    UPS® Standard

These paid shipping options will be offered at the Checkout stage of your order and costs will be calculated based on your postal code.  Delivery times offered by these companies are not guaranteed. As such, no refunds will be applied for late delivery.

We hope you will be very happy with your new product, however, if you need to make a change, any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.  

Please note: When calculating estimated arrival date, the day your order is shipped, is not an included business day.

  • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
  • International – we do not ship any product outside of Canada. For International orders, please visit blundstone.com.au

Shipping - item availability

  • For in-stock items, your order willship within 1-2 business days. 
  • On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.

Email me when available

  • For certain new styles or out-of stock styles, we’ll take your email address and size and email you when the item is available orback in stock. If you're on the product detail page of a particular item and you see a button saying “Email Me When Available,” simply click it, select the colour and size you are looking for and enter your email. We'll then email you when and if the item(s) come back in stock.
