FREE SHIPPING on orders over $100

Orders over $100 value (before tax) will qualify for FREE SHIPPING with Canada Post Expedited Ground delivery service.

If you would like to select a paid shipping option, we also offer:

o    UPS® Standard

o    UPS Saver

    These paid shipping options will be offered at the Checkout stage of your order and costs will be calculated based on your postal code.  Delivery times offered by these companies are not guaranteed. As such, no refunds will be applied for late delivery.

    We hope you will be very happy with your new product, however, if you need to make a change, any subsequent returns, exchanges and associated shipping charges will be the responsibility of the customer.  

    Please note: When calculating estimated arrival date, the day your order is shipped, is not an included business day.

    Shipping delays

    We are doing our best to have you walking in comfort as soon as possible, however, deliveries may take longer than expected. All carriers have informed us that due to high volumes patience may be required.

    Please choose your shipping method carefully as selecting faster shipping methods does not guarantee it will arrive without delay.  Blundstone Canada is unable to refund for shipping costs associated with paid shipping options (UPS, Purolator etc.) as their delivery times are out of our control.

    • Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received.
    • International – we do not ship any product outside of Canada. For International orders, please visit

    Shipping - item availability

    • For in-stock items, your order will ship within 1-2 business days. 
    • On the rare occasion, when we are unable to fill an order, we will let you know by email or phone. The unavailable item will be removed from your order and a refund will be issued on your credit card.

    Email me when available

    • For certain new styles or out-of stock styles, we’ll take your email address and size and email you when the item is available or back in stock. If you're on the product detail page of a particular item and you see a button saying “Email Me When Available,” simply click it, select the colour and size you are looking for and enter your email. We'll then email you when and if the item(s) come back in stock.
